Hi, I am Analea. I am a certified holistic health coach, a certified yoga instructor, and a self-taught plant-based cook.

My health radically transformed once I switched to a plant-based diet in 2010. I used to suffer from chronic sinusitis, ongoing migraines, digestive issues, compromised immune system, and chronic inflammation, which resulted in knee arthritis in my mid-20s. As I began to detox my body by juicing, eating clean plant-based meals, and practicing yoga almost daily, all my health imbalances were gone within a year.

To support my new holistic lifestyle, I began to experiment with a variety of vegan recipes. I also enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to learn more about healthy eating and also became a certified holistic health coach. I am currently studying at the HMI Nutrition School for my second certification specializing in plant-based nutrition.

For over a decade now, I have been completely medicine-free and continue thriving on plants. I truly believe in the healing power of plants, and my journey has been life-proof of natural healing. My journey inspired me to start a wellness chef business to help others eat healthy clean meals and transform their well-being with healthy meals.
